Sweet robe with a gold yellow pale green color. Light gold-green tints, citronella tinges.
The nose is present but delicate, because of the discretion of the Chenin. Floral notes reminding forested edges, between fern and bush.
Mouth serious and full bodied, which will develop after 2 to 3 years of aging
Fermentation and ageing in oak barrels
ideal with dishes of fishes with cream, mussels with saffron, suenelles, cream of asparagus soup, cauliflowers...
