Anjou Rouge Clos du Bois

Grape varietal : 100% cabernet franc from vines averaging 35 years of age.

Soil : limestone


Service temperature : Between 57 and 61 °F.

Aging : 4 to 5 years.

Harvest and vinification : mechanical harvesting at the optimum
maturity, in order to bring softness and roundness. Traditional
maceration of 10 to 15 days with temperatures controls

Tasting notes : Cherry red robe
Fruty nose with red berries notes, slightly spiced
Mouth slightly awake, round and full bodied. Soft tannins in order to be
drunk young

Food pairing : Ideal to serve with grilled red meats, grilled lambs
and matured cheeses
