Grape variety : Cabernet Franc


Soil : Lime with schist


Conservation : 10 years minimum


Temperature : Serve between 15° and 17°C

 

Harvest and vinification : Late harvest on altered soils allowing an optimum of maturity. Traditionnal vinfication with temperature controls.


Characteristic : Very beautiful dark cherry red robe. Nose : Fine and upward. Good presence of red berries, cooked prunes and liquorice notes. Will mature reasonably slowly. Smoky sent. Silky, soft, flesh and regular mouth.


Ideal to serve with grilled red meats, grilled lambs and matured cheeses
