Harvest and vinification : 100% manual harvesting and vinification with traditional maceration for a period from 4 to 5 weeks, with temperatures controls

 

Characteristics : Cherry ruby to dark garnet red robe

Nose rustic and persistent. Elegant and fruity reserved wine.

Full bodied mouth with soft tannins and a lot of character.

To serve for the moment, with meats,  stew and wine sauce dishes

 

Conservation : minimum 10 years.

 

Service temperature : Serve between 16° and 17°C
