Aging: to drink in the 2 years


 

Harvest and vinification: Rosé issued from grapes macerated during 10h to 14 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature.
Muting at cold temperature before addition of sulphur.


Characteristic: Robe pale pink, fairly constant, in a relatively dense relief. Nose : fine and fruity. Good presence of red berries aromas. Light mouth. Very well balanced fruity wine.


Food pairing: Ideal to serve with spiced dishes, barbecue and desserts using red berries. Very nice wine of thirst.
