Soil : schist / sandstone very old soil with limestone underground


Conservation : Drinking in the 2 years. As an aperitif or with red fruits desserts.


Temperature : Serve between 8° and 9°C


Harvest and vinification : Manual, then Cremant vinification in the respect of the specifications with elimination of all the first juices.


Characteristics : White foam. Fines and constant bubble. Robe : bright with a lot of luminosity. Nose : very fresh, finely aromatic with notes of strawberries and raspberries. Mouth : pleasant, delicious, slightly pungent and carbonic. Well harmonized ! Very pleasant generous sparkling wine for any sympathetic occasion, without needing to wait for a particular occasion.
