Conservation : Between 15 and 30 years


Temperature : Serve between 9° and 10°C

Harvest and vinification : Manual harvesting with successive grape sorting of noble rot (3 to 6 crossings). Slow traditional fermentation at low temperature to preserve aromatic complexity and the fatness of the berries in overmaturation


Characteristic : Robe : yellow to straw-yellow color. Nose : sober and elegant. Reticent in its youthful phase. Predominance of apricot, quince and cooked apples aromas. Strong and harmonious aromas which combine vegetable and fruity notes. Mouth : Full, rich and perfumed with suppleness and elegance ; fresh and lively. Beautiful balance
