Harvest and vinification: Manual harvesting with successive grape sorting of noble rot (3 to 6 crossings).

Slow traditional fermentation at low temperature to preserve aromatic complexity and the fatness of the berries in overmaturation

Robe: yellow to straw-yellow color.
Nose: sober and elegant. Reticent in its youthful phase. Predominance of apricot, quince and cooked apples aromas. Strong and harmonious aromas which combine vegetable and fruity notes. Mouth: Full, rich and perfumed with suppleness and elegance; fresh and lively. Beautiful balance
